Managing Partner
Christine Nader Leger
J.D., CPAH, CPA (VA)
Both an accountant and a law graduate who pursued her education in the United States. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from
Georgetown University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Additionally, she earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center.
Christine began her professional career in the International Tax Services department at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Virginia before returning to Haiti. Since 2012, she has served as the lead financial specialist for the Local Fund Agent (LFA) team for the Global Fund in Haiti.
Her expertise spans a range of financial services, including external audits, internal control reviews to mitigate fraud and reporting risks, financial statement preparation, tax compliance and consulting, as well as accounting software implementation and personnel training.
Christine is Virginia-licensed CPA and a member of OCPAH (CPAH). She is fluent in French, Creole, English, and Spanish and serves as the Managing Partner of Gaillard, Nader Leger (GNL).

Michel Eric Gaillard
CPAH
A Kennedy School of Government - Harvard University Graduate. He is the former President of the Board of the "Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agrées d'Haïti"
(OCPAH) and has contributed to reinforce and elevate accounting and auditing practices in Haiti through bilateral cooperation with the "Ordre des Experts-Comptables" of France.

Eric has extensive experience in overseeing the operational and administrative management of projects to
ensure the integrity and the quality of services provided during implementation. He has devoted more than 20 years to the field of international development, in about 30 countries, and provided technical assistance to large global institutions around the World, including the World Bank,USAID, and the Global Fund.
His contribution to Africa, Asia, Latin America, and his native Haiti is extensive. He has managed and implemented for the last ten years multiple on-site financial and programmatic data verifications, audit reviews, audit assessments, financial risk assessment with related contributing factors; review of financial assurance plan; risk mitigation through monitoring of financial assurance planning; field intelligence, and grant evaluations through programmatic and/or financial assessments.
In addition to his business and public administration background, Eric is a Certified Public Accountant. As a partner of GNL, he overseas and participates in the field
operations of accounting and auditing services offered by GNL.

Annouck Hudicourt
MBA
Over 25 years of experience in international development, including 14 years as Senior Contract Specialist for
USAID’s largest funded program in the LAC region, and a
Bachelor in Business Administration. She has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in data mining, budgeting, quality assurance, performance framework analysis, financial analysis, program and contract management, grant evaluations through programmatic and/or financial assessments; evaluating and reporting observations; engaging stakeholders through dialogue for
data utilization.
In addition to her business background, Annouck is specialized in US Government procurement administration. She has further increased her contracting knowledge especially in the health-financing sector for different donors.
Annouck has a breadth of expertise of the Result
Based Contracting and Financing model and was key in implementing SDSH’s first performance-
based financing of MSPP health departmental directorates. In addition to her contracting and financial background, Annouck has provided through DAI Center for Development Excellence (CDE) training sessions to NGOs and for-profit consulting firms on USAID compliance.

Daphne Nader
CPAH, CPA (NY)
Graduated from Babson College in 2011 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentrating in Accounting and Entrepreneurship. After graduation, she began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in New York as an Audit Associate, conducting audits for major global corporations, including IBM and Johnson & Johnson.
Seeking broader experience in her field, Daphne transitioned to KPMG's Financial Due Diligence group in Miami, where she specialised in mergers and acquisitions, focusing on the Latin American (LATAM) market.
Currently, Daphne resides in her hometown of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where she serves as the Audit and Tax Partner at Gaillard, Nader Leger (GNL). She holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license in New York and is also a Comptable Professionnel Agréé d'Haïti (CPAH). Daphne is fluent in French, Creole, English, and Spanish.
